Most customers should follow these steps to view their transaction history:
- Log in to your account and click on the Transactions tab
- To view completed transfers, check the Show completed transactions box
You can refine your search by:
- entering a specific contract number
- choosing the type of trade
- entering the currency you sold (Sell Balance) or the currency you bought (Buy Balance)
- choosing a specific transfer status (i.e Awaiting Recipient or Processing)

Some customers in the UK and Europe have access to their account on the new version of our website. If you are one of these customers, please follow these steps to view your transaction history:
- Log in to your Xe account
- From the sidebar, choose Activity
- You'll see your current and past transfers. To see more transfers, click the transfer history button at the bottom of the page
