Most customers should follow these steps to delete a recipient from their Xe account:
- In your Xe account, choose the Recipients tab
- Click on the recipient you want to remove, followed by View/edit Recipient
- Click Delete Recipient
Some customers in the UK and in Europe will have access to their account on the new version of our website. If you are one of these customers, please follow these steps to delete a recipient:
- Log in to your Xe account
- From the sidebar, choose Recipients
- Click on the three vertical dots next to the recipient you want to remove
- Click Delete
- Confirm that you want to delete the recipient
Please contact us to remove a recipient from an open transfer. Deleting a recipient from your account won’t remove them from any existing transfers. |
