Most customers should follow the steps directly below to edit a recipient. Some customers in the UK and Europe will have access to their account on the new version of our website. If you are one of these customers, please follow these steps to edit a recipient. |
Most customers should follow these steps to edit a recipient:
- In your Xe account, choose the Recipients tab
- Click on the recipient you want to change followed by View/edit Recipient
- You can edit the fields below:
- The Recipient’s name
- Whether it is or isn’t a business account
- Your recipient’s bank details
- Your payment reference and nickname for this recipient
- The recipient’s email address
- Click Save Recipient
Customers in the UK and in Europe
Customers in the UK and Europe who have access to their account on the new version of the website should follow these steps to edit a new recipient.
- Log in to your Xe account
- From the sidebar, choose Recipients
- Click on the three vertical dots next to the recipient you want to edit
- Click View
- Click the pencil icon to the recipient's details (their name) or their bank details
- Click Save and update
You can't change a recipient's currency or country. Instead, please delete the recipient and add them again with the new currency or country.
