We’re expanding by opening a new Australian business, HiFX Australia Pty Ltd.
We're moving customers who live in Australia to this new business – previously we supported both Australian and New Zealand customers through our New Zealand business.
What's happening?
If you live in Australia, we’ll move your account to our Australian business once any active transfers are complete.
When we move your account across, you’ll be able to pay into our new local bank account, making sending money with Xe easier for you.
What do I need to do?
You’ll need to accept new Terms & Conditions, a new Product Disclosure Statement and review our Financial Services Guide when we move your account to our Australian business.
If you pay us by bank or wire transfer, it’s important that you use our new bank account details next time you send money.
Where will I find your new bank account details?
Your transfer confirmation email will show our new bank details so that you can send bank or wire transfers to the correct account.
What does this mean for my open transfers?
We won’t move your account until any open transfers are complete.
How about RPAs, forward contracts and market orders?
If you have a forward payment or Regular Payment Abroad (RPA), we'll move these to our new Australian business and we'll send you a new contract. We'll move any existing market orders for you, too.
