This article shows you how to add a recipient to an existing transfer.
You might want to follow the steps in this article if we removed a recipient for you, something we'd do if you needed to make a change to their details.
To add a recipient to an existing transfer on the Xe website:
- Log in to your Xe account online
- Choose Activity
- Click Provide info next to the transfer you're adding a recipient to
- In the transfer summary timeline, click Provide info
- Add a new recipient or choose an existing recipient
- Once you've added your recipient, follow the steps on screen to Review your transfer and complete the Verification process, if necessary
